OUR MISSION
Our mission is to educate every coach and athlete on the Hatfield squat, which we feel is a very underutilized method of squatting because of how inconvenient it is to set up. Which is why our goal is to get "The Squatfield Strap" on every squat rack in the country.
BUILD SQUAT STRENGTH
The best way to increase your squat while easing lower back issues, is by the popular Hatfield Squat. Dr Fred Hatfield was able to acomplish a 1200lbs squat using this exercise to strengthen his legs.
